Service Description

Trainovo offers professional development sessions designed to improve organizational performance through customized training programs. These services are delivered in person or online, scheduled upon mutual agreement.

Refund Policy

Services: Due to the personalized nature of corporate training, cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Requests made less than 10 business days before are subject to a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. However, we offer the option to reschedule the training once without additional charges, provided the request is made at least 5 business days in advance.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

Information Products: If Trainovo offers digital materials or recorded sessions, refunds are permitted within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been extensively accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, please complete the process via our contact form. Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel within 10 business days.

Goods: Any physical materials or merchandise sold by Trainovo are subject to a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For returns, customers must submit a request through the contact form. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

No Refund Clause

Some training services, particularly custom coaching sessions or exclusive workshops, do not qualify for refunds due to their tailored nature and scheduling specifics. This policy ensures quality and commitment from all parties involved.

Limitation of Liability

Trainovo is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. We endeavor to provide accurate and effective training but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
